No one wants to think about water damage to their business.  When you think of water damage to your business, many owners think of water damage happening from mother nature.So why worry about what they can't control right? The fact is that you are more likely to have water damage from things that are in your control. 

Some examples of water damage that can be prevented are:

• Having roofs checked regularly for cracks, one inch of rain can weigh up to 5 pounds, which can cause a lot of strain on a buildings roof
• Pipes and drains should be checked regularly for wear and tear.  A crack as small as ? inch can release about 250 gallons of water a day.
• Sprinkler Systems need to be checked for signs of rust or damage so that they function correctly when you need them.
• Water heaters, Air conditioners and any other appliance should receive regular maintenance to prevent them from causing water damage
